Upon unboxing, you will find a tool set (gloves/screwdriver), forming samples, a ventilated base plate, vacuum forming material sheets, and an instruction manual.
1. Assembling the Machine
Screw and secure the four support columns to the bottom of the main unit. Pass the material sheet tray through the four support columns and attach it to the bottom. Next, attach the vacuum forming heater plate to the top of the main unit and secure the four corners of the main unit with screws. Connect the power cable for the temperature sensor to the heater, and connect the main power cable.
Install the ventilated base plate and power on the machine. The system will automatically check the machine's status (including checking the pump, power, and heater). Once all checks pass, startup is complete. Finally, follow the on-screen instructions to lower the tray to the correct position.
2. Setting/Detecting Material Sheets
The MY YARD series vacuum forming machine is operated using a white dial button on the screen. Once the machine is assembled and ready, you can choose from three suction modes on the screen, depending on your application:
1. Blister Mode: Low suction power
2. Standard Mode: Medium suction power
3. Fine Mode: High suction power
Additionally, the MY YARD Smart Vacuum Forming Machine also features a "material sheet dehumidification" function. By removing moisture and bubbles from the material sheet before vacuum forming, the quality of the finished product can be stabilized.
3. Automatic Material Sheet Detection
Once settings are complete, loosen the left and right dials, lift them upwards, and set the material sheet. Align the QR code on the vacuum forming material sheet with the scanning hole on the bottom right to detect the material sheet. The digital screen will display the material type, color, thickness, and heating temperature in real time. After confirming the material, press the white button to start the heater preheating.
Lower the material sheet tray and tighten the dials to secure the material sheet. Raise the tray to the heater to heat the vacuum forming material sheet. During heating, place the model on the ventilated base plate. Once heating is complete, simply lower the tray to easily perform vacuum forming.
Wait for the forming operation to complete, and the device will automatically blow air to demold. Once forming is finished, simply press the white button according to the on-screen instructions to complete the task.
