Real estate agents can request property digitization in many major metropolitan areas and receive a comprehensive, ready-to-use digital marketing package in about 1-2 business days.
Each package includes an engaging 3D virtual tour, high-resolution images, polished social media videos, AI-generated property descriptions, and detailed floor plans with accurate room dimensions. All of these are powered by Matterport's Property Intelligence.
Furthermore, seamless integration with MLS (Multiple Listing Services) eliminates typical listing delays, allowing agents to bring properties to market faster with minimal effort.
Smarter Tagging Tools

It is also possible to set furniture-removed versions of 3D tours and still images as the default viewing experience. Moving forward, plans are in place to create engaging highlights that allow for side-by-side comparisons of spaces with and without furniture.
