two, Wiring installation
Insert the following three wires into the connectors on the back of the main unit:

three, Power on/off
The FLUX ProMark host has three buttons. After the wiring is installed, you can quickly and easily turn the device on and off by selecting the buttons in sequence.
1. Power button sequence: from left to right (Power button sequence: from right to left)
2. Open the lens cover
3. First, power on the FLUX ProMark host, then open the ProMark software .


Four, Laser point focusing
Before starting laser engraving, the two infrared laser beams projected from the lens need to be overlapped.
1. Use the rotating handle on the laser platform to control the position of the two infrared light sources .
2. Rotate until the two points overlap.








five, Software parameter settings
Open the FLUX ProMark software and set the parameters according to the lens specifications (163 or 175 lens). The data settings will vary depending on the laser lens used.

1. Access the software: Select File > System Parameters > Work Area
2. Check the "Show work area" box.
3. 163 Lens Specifications: Bottom Left Corner Parameters: X: -55, Y: -55 / Working Area Dimensions: Width 110mm, Height 110mm
4. 175 lens parameters: Bottom left corner parameters X: -100, Y: -100 / Working area dimensions: Width 200mm, Height 200mm



six, Correction
Before marking metal, a calibration procedure must be performed to ensure the correct engraving dimensions and stable equipment operation.

Adjust parameters:
1. Select "Parameters (F3)" at the bottom of the software interface to enter "Configure Parameters" ( 163 lens: 110mm / 175 lens: 200).
2. Check the box for "Galvanometer 2=X"
3. Select "Galvanometer Center"


• Test marking size:
1. Draw the correction box (10 x 10 mm).
2. Select "Red Light (F1)": The laser lens will project a correction box to preview the actual marking range.
3. Select "Engrave (F2)": The device will begin engraving and will carve out the calibration box. Please use a ruler to measure the size. Once the size matches the engraving of 10 x 10mm, the calibration will be complete!
4. If there is an error in the size of the correction box, you can select "Parameters (F3)" > "Configure Parameters" to adjust the scaling.

seven, Insert carving archive
1. Click the "Image" icon to import the file.
2. Within the work area of ​​the interface, you can move and scale it as needed.
3. Adjust the power and speed (do not select preset parameters). Recommended power: 70-100 / speed: 500-1000
4. Select "Red Light (F1)": Preview the actual marking position.
5. Place the object to be marked in the laser preview area, or you can drag and drop the file to the actual marking location in the software (Note: Do not exceed the working area limited by the lens specifications).


eight, Start carving
1. Confirm that the drawings and carved objects have been arranged .
2. Select "Engrave (F2)": Start engraving (if equipped with a foot pedal, stepping on it will start engraving).
3. After completing the metal engraving, simply wipe it clean with alcohol and tissue paper to finish .
4. Metal dust will be generated during the process. Please wear a mask and do not look directly at the laser light to protect your eyes.


Nine, Power off and maintenance
1. After metal marking is completed, use a blower to gently blow away the lens to prevent dust from sticking.
2. Put the lens cap on
3. Close the software
4. Power off button sequence: from right to left (Power on button sequence: from left to right)
