Assembly

  1. Assemble the stainless steel pipes: Rotate the four stainless steel pipes clockwise to fix them to the four corners of the machine.
  2. Attach the tray to the rails: Slide the tray onto the stainless steel pipes with the lever side facing the front of the machine.
  3. Assemble the heater: Attach the heater to the top of the stainless steel pipes and secure it with the four M5 x 25 screws provided.
  4. Secure the links on both sides of the tray: Pull up the links on both sides of the tray and connect them to the fixing points on both sides of the heater. Secure the links and the heater fixing points with the eight M4 x 6 screws provided.
  5. Assemble the handle: Combine the handle with the lower ends of the links on both sides of the tray and secure it with the M5 x 6 screws provided.
  6. Install the plastic side covers: Place the plastic side covers over the locations from STEP 5 and secure them with M5 x 7 screws.
  7. Connect the heater power supply: Connect the heater power cord to the two sockets at the rear of the machine base.
  8. Assemble the power socket cover: Secure the power socket cover over the location from STEP 7 and fasten it with screws.
  9. Unlock the tray: Pull the silver lock shafts on both ends of the tray to unlock it. Then, lift the handle to raise the tray.

Quick Start

  1. Power on: When powered on, FORMART 3 will automatically perform smart detection.
  2. Select operation mode: After smart detection is complete, turn the operation dial to select the desired operation mode.
  3. Set the material: Place the material sheet on the machine's base plate. FORMART 3 supports four sizes (50 × 30 cm, 42 × 30 cm, 30 × 30 cm, 30 × 20.5 cm) and can be adjusted by changing the area of the base plate.
  4. Lower the tray to secure the material: Press the handle down and lower the tray all the way to the bottom until it locks.
  5. Set the task: Select and adjust the material type and thickness using the machine's dial. You can also utilize FORMART 3's built-in smart database.
  6. Raise the tray to heat the material: Pull up the handle to raise the tray and begin heating the material sheet. The heating progress will be displayed on the screen until the appropriate temperature is reached.
  7. Lower the tray for vacuum forming: Follow the instructions to press the handle down and lower the tray all the way to the bottom until it locks. FORMART 3 will begin forming, cooling, and blow demolding.
  8. Release the lock shafts to open the tray: Pull the silver lock shafts on both ends of the tray to unlock it. Once unlocked, lift the handle to complete vacuum forming.
