[3D Printing] Bambu Lab Opens First Flagship Retail Store in Shenzhen

Bambu Lab opened its first global flagship store in Phase II of Shenzhen Bay MixC Mall in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. This 244-square-meter store aims to transform 3D printing from an abstract concept into a tangible experience for customers, providing a fantastic 3D printing shopping environment and experience. The flagship store became an instant hit upon opening, with an average daily foot traffic of 20,000 people to date! This success is not only due to its excellent location but also to the growing public anticipation and attention towards consumer-grade 3D printing. Therefore, Bambu Lab has finally come offline, allowing more consumers to experience the charm of 3D printing firsthand. Let's take a look!

On the streets, various cars, sports cars, and trucks weave through the city model in an orderly fashion; from the ceiling, trams occasionally pass by, passing Bambu Cafe, tunnels, office buildings, and even a mountain! These lifelike details all belong to a large-scale 3D sand table model called "Cyber ​​Brick" in the center of the store. The entire scene was created by a "print farm" consisting of more than 100 H2D printers operating continuously for a week, and it also brings together the creative efforts of many designers on the MakerWorld platform. Bambu Lab describes this exhibit as a model of the infinite possibilities of additive manufacturing technology, aiming to convey the idea that "everything can be 3D printed" to all customers. You can also bring your ideal "simulated city" to life as a physical sand table model by designing, printing, and assembling it yourself.

Several interactive mini-games are also set up on the back of the model inside the store. Customers can even scan a QR code with their mobile phones to connect with and interact with the model cars. For example, a CyberBrick forklift mini-game is set up on the left rear of the model to enhance its interactivity.

The Bambu Lab flagship store showcases Bambu Lab's full range of 3D printers, including a spectacular wall of A1 printers, a complete range of Tokuchu filament colors, and various 3D printed works. There's also a dedicated gallery paying tribute to leading designers in the MakerWorld community and highlighting projects that push the boundaries of creativity. Additionally, a mini-market allows customers to purchase 3D printed products on-site, while the MakerSupply area showcases a broader ecosystem of 3D printing tools and materials.
