[Metal Marking Guide] Freely Mark Images and Text, Metal Engraving with 3-Second Autofocus!
Fast metal marking in just 10 seconds. One-touch autofocus! From custom product logo marking to engraving for art pieces and industrial applications. This guide will walk you through how to use a fiber laser marking machine, from unboxing to software operation.
1. Power On/Off Procedure
The front of the High-Speed Galvo Fiber Laser Marking Machine has two buttons: "Laser Switch" and "Galvo Switch." After powering on, remove the lens protection cap and attach the positioning auxiliary jig.
・Power On: Galvo Switch → Laser Switch (buttons: bottom → top in order)
・Power Off: Laser Switch → Galvo Switch (buttons: top → bottom in order)
2. Focus Adjustment
The right side of the laser marking machine workbench has a series of operating buttons. Lift the focus positioning jig and place the object to be marked underneath it. Simply press the "Autofocus" button, and the system will automatically detect the height of the object. When the focus indicator light turns on, focusing is complete.

3. Software Operation
The fiber laser marking machine allows you to freely customize images and text for high-speed marking. First, open "Parameters" and load the dedicated system settings file for the marking machine (included with purchase). Then, place the QR code or company logo you wish to mark.
Click "Red Guide" to preview the marking position within a red frame. Use this red frame to adjust the position of the object to be processed, and once the position is confirmed, click "Marking" to start laser marking.
This time, we engraved the 3DMART logo onto a stainless steel case. The size was 4x1 cm, and the processing time was approximately 2 minutes. We also engraved a 2x2 cm QR code onto the surface of a stapler, which took only 13 seconds. The results are highly detailed and precise, despite the incredibly fast processing speed.
