IDEX Independent Dual Extrusion Nozzles
The E2 3D printer is equipped with IDEX independent dual extrusion printheads, which allow the other printhead to remain stationary while one printhead is printing a model, thus minimizing the risk of a stationary printhead interfering with the printing process while the other printhead is printing.

Mirror mode and copy mode
The IDEX independent dual extrusion nozzles can perform two specialized functions: mirror mode and copy mode. Mirror mode prints a model and its reverse side simultaneously. This is convenient because it eliminates the need to create additional design files for the reverse model and saves the time spent printing the reverse model separately. Copy mode is synchronous printing, meaning it uses two extrusion nozzles to print the model and an exact copy of it simultaneously, significantly reducing printing time and doubling production capacity!

Easy Swap nozzle replacement
Easy Swap printheads are a convenient feature of the E2. These printheads are easy to remove and can be replaced quickly and easily. There are many reasons why we often need to change printheads, such as needing to use a different type of nozzle. Any spare Easy Swap printhead can be easily combined with different nozzle sizes, such as 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8mm nozzles, allowing you to switch and return to printing in just a few steps.

• Automatic Bed Leveling <br>The print bed is one of the most important factors affecting the quality of the final print. Testing and verifying that the print bed is perfectly level is a time-consuming process. However, the E2 3D printer features automatic bed leveling . Auto Bed Leveling uses sensors to measure the distance between the print bed and the nozzles at different positions, and uses this information to adjust the nozzles to ensure that the proper distance is maintained between the bed and the nozzles during printing. The extrusion nozzles can adjust according to minute changes in surface profile, thereby improving adhesion to the print bed and resulting in better final print quality.

BuildTak FlexPlate Flexible Printing Panel
The E2 features the BuildTak FlexPlate, a flexible and resilient printing platform. Bending the BuildTak FlexPlate allows for easy removal of 3D printed parts, minimizing potential damage when removing prints from the platform. After removing the finished product, the flexible printing panel quickly returns to its original shape for continued printing.
