Application examples:

Save method:
Please store in a cool, well-ventilated indoor place, away from direct sunlight/light and heat sources.
Under normal storage conditions, the storage temperature is 10°C/50°F - 32°C/90°F.
Once opened, please use the resin as soon as possible.
Do not store with oxides.

Precautions:
To prevent polymerization and coking reactions, it is recommended to transport at room temperature (do not exceed 60°C) and keep away from sunlight and heat sources.
Wear protective gloves during operation and avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. If contact occurs, wash with soap and water (rinse eyes thoroughly with plenty of water).
Avoid using solvents to clean resin from your hands or skin (solvents can cause the resin to penetrate the skin).

This product has excellent photosensitivity. After opening, it should be kept away from light during use. It is not recommended to recycle the used adhesive.
Used adhesive can be exposed to sunlight/UV lamps for complete curing before being discarded as plastic waste.
Avoid flowing into sewers or drains.
. Keep the environment well-ventilated.

Urgent measures needed:
First aid methods for different routes of exposure:

• Inhalation: Immediately move the patient to fresh air. If necessary, administer oxygen or artificial respiration and transport the patient to a hospital as soon as possible. The emergency procedure must be swift and clearly defined.

Skin contact:
1. Remove contaminated clothing, shoes, leather products, etc. as soon as possible.
2. Wipe off any excess chemicals as soon as possible.
3. Wash thoroughly with water and non-abrasive soap for 20 minutes or until the chemicals are removed.
4. Seek immediate medical attention.

Eye contact:
1. Immediately open the eyelids and gently rinse with running warm water for 5 minutes or until the chemicals are removed.
2. Seek immediate medical attention.

Ingestion:
1. Do not feed the patient anything if the patient is about to lose consciousness or is already unconscious.
2. Do not induce vomiting.
3. If the patient vomits spontaneously, the patient should be tilted forward to reduce the risk of aspiration and rinsed with water.
4. Seek immediate medical attention .

Secondary curing:
After printing, clean the model with alcohol and blow-dry it, then use a UV lamp box for a second curing. (The model will be harder and drier after the second curing).
Please note: If you use the immersion method for cleaning, soaking for too long may cause cracks to appear on the surface of the model.

Waste disposal:
The matter will be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Store waste awaiting disposal in accordance with storage conditions.
It can be disposed of using specific incineration or sanitary landfill methods.

Firefighting measures:
• Use fire extinguishing agents: carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder, foam.
Special hazards that may be encountered during firefighting: Combustion produces high temperatures and releases heat. Before extinguishing the fire, the spill should be stopped and surrounding hazardous materials should be removed.
Special firefighting procedures:
  1. Move the container away from the fire area when it is safe to do so.
  2. Water mist is ineffective at extinguishing fires, but it can be used to cool exposed fire sites.
  3. Firefighters must wear chemical protective clothing and positive pressure breathing apparatus (self-contained air mask).

Cleaning method:

Take the printed object, along with the forming platform, to a bucket (or other container) and rinse or soak it with clean water (for about 1 to 3 minutes). You can use a paint brush (or a soft-bristled toothbrush) to thoroughly clean any residual resin on the surface. Once a certain amount of resin has accumulated in the bucket (or other container), you can add 3 to 5% salt and stir to dissolve it, allowing the resin to separate from the water and settle to the bottom. Pour off the top layer of water (this water can be poured directly into the toilet or sink). Place the bottom layer of resin outdoors to dry in the sun. After it has cured, dispose of it as solid waste.
