AESUB Transparent 3D Scanning Powder Developer - Titanium Dioxide-Free

AESUB Transparent is a novel scanning spray that temporarily masks smooth surfaces with a transparent film. This allows optical scanners to capture not only surface contours but also the colors of the scanned object. Traditional scanning powder coatings produce a white coating, making it impossible to capture color. AESUB Transparent contains no pigments and is free of harmful titanium dioxide. The coating thickness is approximately 15 to 20 µm. The coating evaporates after about 4 hours, requiring no cleaning. Similar to other sublimated AESUB scanning sprays, AESUB Transparent can be applied directly to the scanning points. Especially in reverse engineering of complex parts with numerous vibrant colors, AESUB Transparent scanning significantly simplifies and accelerates the scanning process. Reference points, such as AESUB dots, also adhere to the transparent matte layer and can be easily removed after scanning.
