MAGNAFLUX SKD-S2 3D Scanner Powder Developer (Washable)
SKD-S2 is a halogen-free developer. It is a ready-to-use white suspension spray that forms an opaque white surface, providing a background with high contrast for penetrant testing. It is also used for powder spraying in reverse engineering 3D scanning, making the scanning process faster and smoother.
It can be cleaned with regular water. This spray is not a pure liquid and will not stick to the surface.

AMS 2644, ASME B & PV Code Sec. V, ASTM E1417, MIL-STD-2132, ASTM E165, MILSTD-271,
Boeing PS 21202, NAVSEA 250-1500-1, AECL, Boeing BAC 5423 PSD 6-46 or 8-4
In addition to SKD-S2, you can also choose to use AESUB. Unlike regular 3D scanning powder , AESUB White 3D scanning powder is free of titanium dioxide (TiO2) particles, making it safe to use as it won't be inhaled. AESUB Blue 3D scanning powder is self-evaporating, contains no pigments, won't damage objects, and can be thinly and evenly distributed on the surface of the scanned object. No cleaning is required after scanning, effectively saving time and costs while improving work efficiency. It can easily scan both transparent and reflective objects. ( Click to see the test video )
