[New Product Launch] The all-new , most powerful 10x speed Lisa X is born!
Polish 3D printer manufacturer Sinterit has launched the new SLS system Lisa X, which retains the iconic compact design of the Lisa and is 10 times faster than the previous fastest Lisa PRO !The Lisa X can sinter PA12 at speeds up to 14 mm/hour and process an entire print platform in just 30 hours. This "industrial-grade" printing speed combined with its upgraded size will definitely help designers improve speed, flexibility, and efficiency!
Lisa X's faster printing speed and greater production capacity meet the most common market demands.
Sinterit's Industrial Trajectory
Sinterit , headquartered in Krakow, Poland, specializes in developing sophisticated, easy-to-use SLS 3D printers . Over the past seven years, the company has gradually built a broad portfolio of machines, along with related software and equipment, starting with the entry-level Lisa in 2016, followed by the Lisa PRO in 2018, and the industrial-grade NILS 480 . Sinterit has also developed a range of peripherals to help users make better use of the machine. These include Studio design software, end-to-end hardware products, and a powerful lineup of nine proprietary powders , all of which will be compatible with the Lisa X upon release.

Lisa X: High-Speed Prototype
Sinterit 's Lisa X boasts a printing speed of 10-14 mm/hour, reportedly sufficient to complete most print jobs within 24 hours. It's the fastest system to date, allowing designers to print more unique elements weekly, accelerating the evaluation of prototypes and the implementation of changes. This enables users to refine their designs, reduce their modeling costs, and expedite time-to-market.The Lisa X also features a unique "Airblade" system that automatically cleans the glass around the laser during production. Users don't need to operate it manually, thus speeding up print preparation and increasing throughput.
Sinterit conducted a case study that reveals how to estimate the productivity of parts.
In terms of machine size, the Lisa X is smaller than the NILS 480 but larger than the Lisa PRO , making it capable of surpassing the previous generation Lisa in production capacity. To demonstrate the part's yield potential, Sinterit used each system in a study to 3D print electronic connectors.
The evaluation revealed that the original Lisa produced 56 sets in 103 hours, the Lisa PRO produced 112 sets in 205 hours, and the Lisa X produced 270 sets in 28 hours. Therefore, the conclusion is that the Lisa X can test more models per print run, significantly improving powder and energy efficiency.
Despite the performance advantages of its upcoming machines, Sinterit is committed to perfecting its open platform to build accurate, unsupported printing. He firmly believes that there is no competition or conflict between the models, each targeting a different market. For example, the first model , Lisa , is the smallest and most affordable SLS 3D printer ; Lisa PRO is compatible with a wide range of available materials; and Lisa X offers faster printing times and a larger workspace.
