[3D Printing Seminar] BCN3D New Material Manufacturing, Mass Production and Customization!

Unlike FDM hot-melt stacking technology, the all-new materials manufacturing technology (AM) will be showcased at the BCN3D Webinar in March. ARKEMA, a globally renowned specialty materials manufacturer, is the main development partner. Key brands assisting with the testing of this new technology, including French automotive glass manufacturer Saint Gobain and professional racing technology company Prodrive, will also be present at the seminar.

Over the past three years, the BCN3D team has continuously developed new additive manufacturing technologies, striving to expand the scope of 3D printing through BCN3D . CEO Xavier M. Faneca stated:

"Mass production" and "customization" are the new normal for industrial development. For manufacturers, controlling their supply chain is key in this rapidly changing world, so the sustainability of technology is very important. We firmly believe that 3D printing technology can be a key factor and meet the needs of industrial manufacturing. However, most finished products cannot become "final" products and are only suitable for preliminary sample prototyping. Further processing is still required before they can be used on the machine, which will become an obstacle to the production process.

After decades of research and development efforts in remote areas to save labor costs, the BCN3D team has developed the latest additive manufacturing technology. Once officially launched, it will enable better control over supply efficiency and quality, allowing 3D printing to be more flexible, providing industries in various regions with greater competitiveness, while also reducing pollution emissions and achieving environmental sustainability.

To realize innovative additive manufacturing technologies, it is essential to develop more stable manufacturing autonomy, enabling designers and manufacturers to create end-use parts and improve productivity for widespread large-scale application. Within 10 years, technologies that deliver greater efficiency will gradually replace 3D printing in industrial manufacturing, becoming the new pinnacle of manufacturing. Three years ago, with this vision in mind, BCN3D began developing a new additive manufacturing technology and is gradually realizing this dream. This new technology is completely different from the current FDM technology platform, and once it matures, it will usher in a new future for manufacturing!
