Ledeway uses a 3D scanner to first perform a 3D scan of the customer's breast shape, capturing the unique curves and size of each breast shape.
Since everyone's breast shape and size are different, the common problem with bras on the market is that the underwire does not fit the breast shape, causing discomfort when wearing them. In order to pursue a well-fitting and comfortable bra, the Ledeway production team used 20 Ultimaker 3D printers to conduct nearly 400 idea tests and modifications, and finally "Curvearis" was born!
Curvearis' double-curve design evenly distributes the weight and pressure on the chest, ensuring comfortable wear even for extended periods. It perfectly conforms to various chest shapes, providing comfort as if it were part of the body. In addition to being designed as women's underwear, it can also be applied to various clothing designs. The soft fabric covering it can effectively relieve skin fatigue.
